Our Commitments :

• Healthy Eating – we will serve only healthy food – home cooked using organic and local ingredients with no additives or preservatives. We will design our menus to provide substantial support to parents in ensuring ‘5’ a day is achieved.

• Environment – we will use recycled products where we can and we will recycle as much of our waste as feasible. We will encourage our customers to recycle their waste when they are in the facility and we will educate children about the environment.

• Sustainability – we will support local business by using local food suppliers & services. We will employ local people – creating 32 jobs initially and we will train our staff up to NVQ level 3 plus additional transferable qualifications and skills.

• Breastfeeding friendly award from Surestart.

• Silver Clean Air Award

• Local Community – we will work with the local community by providing Crèche facilities, and work with Sure Start and OFSTED in providing a facility for mother & baby/toddler groups. We will seek suggestions and ideas from our customers for constant improvement and involvement in the community.

• Fair Trade – we will offer a range of fair trade snacks, drinks and gifts.
